I purchased an expensive suitcase. First time I used it the handle jammed. I returned it to the female who runs this shop. Without a doubt she is the rudest and most obnoxious individual I have ever encountered. She point blank refused to help. Broke the law as told me to deal directly with the manufacturer. I have of course done just that and will receive a replacement for the faulty case. Avoid this shop at all costs!!
