Poorly run company we had a caravan on seafields caravan site for 3 years , numerous complaints blocked drains , flooding on the paths & grass , no lights at night, no drainage for when its raining, lack of facilities , spoke to staff numerous times but were always promised things would improve next season but never did & instead put the rent up each year without any investment on the park

After being with blue anchor for the past 13 years upgrading our van my husband sadly passed away this year the last thing I wanted was to sell the van but st the same time felt I couldn't go to it any more we bought our last van for 25,500 a willerby aspen in 2007 I started the procedure of selling it at a time when I felt vulnerable as it was a 2002 model I was offered as the best price 5.500 which I took only to see advertised on gumtree my van with the 4,500 veranda selling for 16,995 at least DICK TURPIN WORE A TRI CORNERED HAT I hope people read this and knock them down in price I hope one day they are vulnerable and people take advantage of their situation

We've just bought our first static caravan from Steve at Blue Anchor and I must say the service was fantastic.Steve made me and my wife feel valued and nothing was ever too much trouble, he tried to get the perfect caravan for us rather than the most expensive. They've got 15 caravan parks and 7 show grounds I think, so plenty of choice. Thanks again Steve
