We needed a car urgently for cancer treatment appointments but after waiting two months for a vehicle the dealer pushed back the delivery dates. We were finally told the car was not even built and wouldn't be built for several months. The dealer finally admitted he had actually put us down for was next years model instead. When pressed as to why the dealer had given false dates for a car that he knew was needed a.s.a.p his response was "I had to fill my quota". When we arrived to cancel the agreement the mobility dealer hid leaving another dealer to sort things. The second dealer then lied about the dates. This dealer was NOT even present when the dates were agreed. I would give this company zero stars if this site allowed and if this is the way cancer patients needing transport urgently are treated then I would advise everyone to avoid this company like the plague. Mobility have been informed of the misleading way customers are treated and are looking into the matter.We then went to Listers in Boston and had a better car within 10 days.
a small dealer with top ciass service We took our Ford Focus in for a service on 29 th August and cant believe how friendly and professional the staff are The car was even washed after the service which was very nice We have ordered another Ford because of the fantastic service we recieved
