I am appalled at the service I received this morning. I am an xbox novice and specifically asked for an xbox game pass, they sold me the gold pass, I checked that was the right pass I needed and the rude woman said it was because it says 3 months on it! I went and checked with game, I was right, they had sold me the wrong pass and when I challenged them, they made out I had asked for what I was given. I know what I asked for and it wasn't what was sold to me. My son actually bought it with his pocket money and apparently they couldn't refund us, even though we had bought it only 10 minutes before and the mistake was there's. I will not be bothering to shop at Argos again, both women staff this morning were rude and stuck together making out I'd asked for the wrong product. A disgrace and a complaint will be made!!!!!!
Unbelieveably UNHELPFUL when returning a product. My advice is dont bother going to Argos and definately DO NOT go to the Skegness store. You will find they are far too important to apologise when they have made a mistake - and in fact will treat you with scorn, will keep you waiting indefinately and will bump you around from person to person because no one can be bothered. Horrible experience. Never again.
Argos now seem not to stock item's anymore they just want you to order online and pick up from store. This will be the next store to close and you will order online and pick up from a supermarket.
Ordered new clock came next day looking like returned item broken! Not a happy bunny
