Useless had phone for a week without touching it . Unable to help three other customers whilst in shop. A total waste of time
6 hours to change a battery in my phone the it still did not work. It was the charging port. Ripped off 45.staff were rude and can't even produce a receipt which I find odd. My advice please don't use them .
Excellent service and reasonable prices took my iPhone 7plus for a new screen was told would be two hours and was ready for me in that time phone works perfectly would highly recommend and will be using for all my future phone and pc repairs.... thank you

Could not have been worse. Replaced our screen with a faulty one then refused to change it 4 hours after installation. The worst bit was how rude and unpleasant he was. Absolutely disgusting customer service, it made me so angry the way he spoke to us and treated us and was completely lacking in both manners and customer empathy. Actually said it was our fault the screen was broken and suggested I take it to a proper repairer like Apple. Proper repairer hah I think that says it all. Do not use these people. A shame really as we have had screen replaced here on three previous occasions and each time before it was fine. Mistakes happen but the disgusting customer service we received here should not have done. Unforgivable.
