Nice friendly staff let down badly by poor facilities and obvious underfunding. As an example, a printer that was out of use and been like that for 4 months I was told and no indication of when it might be replaced or repaired. The range of books was very limited, computer/wifi not great and I cannot see that this will be improved. I just get the impression that it is destined to either close or will be run on a minimum budget to save money....I feel sorry for the local community who rely on it.
Went in to print off some online material, was told printer not working and hadn't worked for 3 months. Wasted time and journey!
