I couldn't recommend Arun enough! He is very professional, friendly and knowledgable. I injured my knee a few months ago and after attending just one session with him, I am now back running and training. Thank you :)
I couldnt recommend Arun highly enough. He is honest, experienced beyond his years, patient and full of different and dare I say it enjoyable ways to support every type of need. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone of my friends or family.
