I have been to a lot of Indian restaurants and in my opinion, the best vegetable Biryani one can get is at The Gandhi. A little expensive, it has to be said but nevertheless, the food (the dishes I've tried) is great. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.Car parking is very, very limited in spaces and limited to half an hour, I believe outside. Though, this is down to East Lindsey council.

Food was good Thought it was a bit expensive. No rice included with meals. Charged twice for starters as the bill was split between 2 couples. (Lime pickle etc). Asked to have a mix of lamb and chicken but was told they were too busy to do it. Most of the staff were really nice.
The food here is undeniably very good but the time to actually get this food is abysmal. Over an hour on more than 1 (but now the last) occasion and the customer service is literally NIL. This is a shame as 1 of the staff members a middle age lady of Eastern Europe origin was absolutely great, very polite and was trying her best 100% of the time all the while being spoken to like dirt by the owner (I know he is the owner). I would have tipped this lady but I also know as a fact that the owner does NOT let his staff keep tips which is cheap and low in my opinion. I can't see myself returning to this restaurant which is a shame as it is the best Indian restaurant in Skeg, always has been but it is ran by a tight wad who won't employ enough staff to make the place efficient and also talks to them like s**t.
