Very helpful crew in the shop. Had a problem with charging my phone which was looked at and nearly needed a clean which was done for me while I sat and waited. Had just having a quick clean not worked I was given alternative solution to the problem that I wasn't aware off. If you are with o2 and have a problem highly recommend poping in to speak with them as very friendly polite and helpful staff in the shop
The shop was nice cleand and products were well presented, but the phone i wanted was not available, amd i asked for the second phone i wanted that wasn't available either...

Call in this morning as my screen when blank, so they messed around with it then plugged it into their computer and told me they couldnt fix it, only if they sent it off. So because it was my business phone i needed it doing ASAP. Whilst I was in the store the tech guru asked weather or not it had been backed up so i said that it was my work phone and that it hadnt been backed up and had lots of client information on it so not to do anything with it that could make me lose that valuable information and cost me valuable clientele. Then i left and called into a different place to get told they had wiped all my data off my phone completely without my consent absolutely fuming and they have not hered the last of this been with 02 for 25 years.
