Great Gym, Nice Swimming pool Sauna and Jacuzzi staff first class,
I joined it to get fit so I could give my disabled partner a better quality of life which it did..then.. the music was no longer played in the pool so I was unable to do my aerobics any more when it was played it was very low and slow so I left however the staff there are professional trainers and will advise you on what suits you best I had 3 good years there. And would still be there but a small request for some music was never given unless calum or miles was on
Good complex and staff very friendly
Just a nice place to keep fit &/or have a swim.
Great place for a work out. Great staff, always willing to help out.
