Very nice welcome from everyone at the gym. Started the boxing classes 3 weeks ago and it's going brilliantly. They make sure you feel part of the group, don't rush you into doing anything you don't want to. 3 each class and great fun.My two girls have also started the Juniors kickboxing on Mondays, they were nervous but again made to feel at home and now love going back each weekIf your looking for something new, give it a try
