We just stayed for 2 nights at the lyndsay guest house ,Linda and Alan were surperb hosts,nothing was too much trouble ,Lindas full english breakfast was spot on and put you on for the day,her home made bread was exactly like everybody says best bread we have ever tasted . We will be going back next year but stay longer ,i would recomend their guest house to anyone ,and also another main factor how clean it is , so thank you linda and alan for a pleasant stay see you again.
Me and my wife have just returned from a 2 night stay here and totally recommend this guest house.We were in room 2 with a 4 poster bed, room size was very good, had a 2 seater sofa in the bay window, had a coffee machine and various pods, kettle, cups, spoons, even a small sewing kit, really nice touches that you don't always get.Linda and Alan are Exellent hosts, nothing is too much trouble, breakfast is full English with homemade bread as toast, very nice.If you want a drink in the evening, they will open the bar up. The guest house is only a 5 minute walk to the front or town centre.All in all, an excellent stay, we wouldn't hesitate to book again. Colin and Diane
