Messed up my order after asking twice is no veg was no bean sprouts and still got bean sprouts. Very rude about my phone that the sat nav was speaking. Had no clue about her own menu when asking which contained no bones! Then threw my receipt at me! Absolute joke of a shop! Customer service course needed!!
If i could i wouldnt even give it 1 star, telephoned order through. Got back to eat them and they had messed the order up giving us noodles. Telephoned them to tell them and blatantly called us a liar saying we had ordered them. We do not eat noodles so why would we order them? We have had a few chinese meals from here and previously been nice the order that they did get right wasnt fit to feed a dog so went in the bin. AVOID
Used to love this chinese take away but this last year its just been awful. Curry sauce was so salty had to leave it. This has happened several times so wont be going back.
